I'm Nicole Schoepflin — a wife, mom of two elementary-aged kids, and certified personal trainer.
I grew up active and playing sports, but like many women, consistency with working out faded in my late 20s and through pregnancy. Energy was low, structure was gone, and fitness felt overwhelming.
In 2020, I finally had space to do something. I started with short, bodyweight workouts — sometimes just 10 minutes. It didn't feel impressive, but it completely shifted my mindset. I stopped working out to hit a goal and started moving for me — for my energy, my mental health, and my long-term strength.
That small start turned into years of consistency. Not perfect. Not always planned. But steady.
Along the way, my curiosity about how the body works and how women can build strength in a sustainable way led me to become a certified personal trainer. Get NS Fit was created to help women who want to feel strong but need support, structure, and encouragement that fits real life.
